The primary electric power infrastructure of SBP comprising medium and low voltage switch gear and many power cables, etc. and was installed in the late 50’s and had out lived their useful life. Then, substantial increase in power requirements had taken place over the years. All this required through study, testing and documentation of the existing systems and planning, design and tendering of the expansion and augmentation works

KPA Consulting provided comprehensive audit, planning, design, tendering and construction administration services on multiple system improvement projects encompassing primary power infrastructure, including development of a ‘Smart’ Power Sourcing and Distribution System, ‘Smart’ Fuel Management, Lightning Protection, etc. Amongst others, our association with SBP continues as we strive to make its facilities and systems more efficient, safer and reliable.
